I'm running late
That’s unfortunate. If you’re running late, we recommend contacting your customer and updating them of your status, as this can help you avoid a late arrival fee. We also recommend marking yourself late in the NW Maids Pro app.
You can call the customer in the NW Maids Pro app by selecting the booking and selecting Call [Customer Name].
If the customer decides to cancel after you've updated your arrival time, please contact NW Maids Support Team at support@nwmaids.com or (206) 535-1622
If you’re more than half an hour late (outside of your arrival window) and the customer decides to cancel, it will count as a failure to arrive, and you’ll be charged a fee.
To mark yourself as running late in the NW Maids Pro app, select the booking and then select Check Into Your Appointment, then select I'm on my way, then select I'm Running Late. You will be asked to provide a reason, and then you can select Send Message to Staff:
