Will I be paid if a customer doesn't show up?

If you arrive to a booking on time, but are unable to enter the home by following your customer’s instructions and are unable to contact them, we recommend waiting a half an hour. Your customer could simply be running late, and you don’t want them to think you didn’t arrive at all.

If 30 minutes after checking in through the NW Maids Pro app you still haven’t heard from your customer, feel free to check-out and leave. You’ll receive a customer late cancellation payment, as long as you report the situation to the NW Maids team at support@nwmaids.com or (206) 535-1622
