About NW Maids

Here at NW Maids, we’re building a technology-enabled platform connecting customers with independent service professionals to foster a better home service experience. We were founded in 2014 in Seattle and we’re headquartered in Seattle WA. Currently, NW Maids offers a range of services in Seattle, WA, and all of the surrounding areas .

Independent service professionals (“pros”) are able to access the platform (after undergoing a third-party background check and identity verification) through the NW Maids Pro app. There, a list of jobs that customers have requested is displayed and pros are able to claim them. In addition, the NW Maids platform allows pros to track customer feedback, make their own schedule and, manage their payment details.
