Have you checked out the payment details in your NW Maids Web Portal? If not, log in here, tap the Menu in the top right, then tap Payments.

From there, you'll be able to see a complete breakdown of payments and fees and which job they're associated with. Payments typically include all of your earnings from the prior week, so please be patient if you're looking for payment for a recently-completed job.
