Can I accept tips?

NW Maids has built a seamless platform for customers and service professionals to connect, and you bet that includes the ability to leave tips. You are able to accept tips offered by customers during bookings, and when a customer rates your performance, they’re prompted to leave an optional tip if they rate your service highly. Customers are also able to retroactively tip on past bookings. You keep all the tips that customers leave thru the platform - NW Maids does not keep any tips.

Tips are not subject to NW Maids damages fees (such as those for late cancellation) and are paid in full directly to you along with your normal pay.
