Late arrival fee
Timeliness is a key element of satisfying customer expectations, and it's a part of your agreement with NW Maids. Arriving late to a job you’ve claimed, while not as severe as a failure to arrive, still causes customer displeasure. Accordingly, if you arrive late to a job without letting the customer know, either through the On My Way feature or by calling the customer thru the NW Maids Pro app, you’ll be charged a $15 late arrival fee.
