Your First Job
We recommend familiarizing yourself with the job details prior to your arrival, this will help set you up for success and increase your customer ratings and tips!
To view your upcoming bookings, log in to the NW Maids Pro App, and then tap 'View Bookings':
Then, tap 'Month' to see all your upcoming bookings for the next month:
To view a booking's details, tap the booking and then tap 'Show Details':
Then you will see the booking details:
This view will list the following information:
- Name of the Customer
- Address of the booking.
- Date and time of the booking.
- Description of the job.
To view Staff Notes and Customer Notes, tap 'Notes':
- Additional Customer Contact information
- Entry instructions
- Any special instructions the customer would like you to know.
