Remove a job

Please note this only applies 48 hours or more in advance of the job start time. There are no fees if you need to remove a job 48 hours of more in advance.

If the job start time is less than 48 hours away, please contact NW Maids Support at support@nwmaids.com or (206) 535-1622 to remove the job. Note that you might be subject to late cancellation fees. 

To remove a job from your schedule in the NW Maids Pro app, select the job you need to remove, select Request Reschedule, select a date, then provide a reason:
