Learn about profile pictures

Profile pictures are your chance to make a great first impression and connect with your customers, which could lead to higher ratings and tips.

To upload your profile picture, open up the NW Maids Pro app, tap the Settings tab, tap the Profile Picture, then choose to Add picture from Camera or Add picture from library. See screenshots below.

Want some tips on how to take a spectacular profile picture?

• Make sure your face is well-lit, and that the background is plain. Try keeping your back against a wall.
• Smile, and look straight at the camera.
• Don’t use any filters, or take the picture at a weird angle. (Yes, this means that you can’t do a duck face).
• Dress to impress! You should look the same way you would while you’re on the job.
