I'm having trouble with the NW Maids Pro app

The only way you’ll be able to access the NW Maids Pro app is if you complete your virtual onboarding. At that point, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download the NW Maids Pro app. While you’ll be able to login at this point, you won’t be able to claim jobs until your background check and ID verification have cleared and you’ve been activated on the platform.
