How to Update Your Availability on a Mobile Device Browser

Part 1: How to set up your default (weekly) availability

1. Go to https://nwmaids.launch27.com/login - Bookmark this page to make it easier to log in next time!

2. Enter your email address and password (tap Forgot Password if you need to reset your password):

3. Select Menu in the top right, then select Your Availability

4. Select Change Availability, then select Default Availability to set up your weekly availability (you can change specific days later):

5. Select Add Shift:

6. Select the Day of the Week and Times you want to be available for, then select Ok:

7. You can apply the same availability to more days of the week. Just select Apply to and select the days you want, then select Apply:

8. When you are finished adding your availability, select Save at the bottom:


Part 2: How to update your availability for a specific date

If you'd like to change your availability for a specific date, just select the date on the calendar. Let's say you wanted to remove your availability for Tuesday November 3rd. Just tap the date on the calendar:

Now you can select the red X to delete availability for that day, and then select Save:


Part 3: How to take time off (remove availability for multiple days)

To remove your availability for multiple days, select Change Availability and then select Request Time Off *:

*note: Since you are an independent contractor, this is not really a request. You are in charge of your own schedule.

Now  choose the dates you would like to remove your availability for (in this example, we are removing availability for November 8th thru November 14th), then select Save:
