Damage Policy
Here are some tips from our best Pros on how to avoid damaging surfaces:
- Our best Pros are extra careful when cleaning STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES AND APPLIANCES (fridge, microwave, etc): Baking soda and Vinegar with a microfiber cloth is recommended by our best Pros. If you scratch / damage stainless steel appliances with an abrasive cleaner, you may have to pay for the stainless steel to be refinished, the appliance to be repaired, or the correct part to be replaced.
- Our best Pros are extra careful with WOOD SURFACES (Floors, cabinets, etc): Bona is recommended by our best Pros. If you damage wood flooring or surfaces with an abrasive cleaner, you may have to pay for the surface to be refinished or replaced.
- Our best Pros are extra careful with MARBLE SURFACES (Floors, countertops, etc): Our best Pros do NOT use Vinegar, it will stain the marble. If you damage marble surfaces with an abrasive cleaner, you may have to pay for the surface to be refinished or replaced.
Our best Pros will do a FULL WALKTHROUGH of the residence BEFORE THEY START CLEANING and take pictures of any existing damage - especially spills, stains, and scratches - that way they are not be responsible for paying for repairs if the client lets us know that their home has been damaged.
To avoid having to go back and do re-cleans, our best Pros will also do a FULL WALKTHROUGH when they are FINISHED with the job (if the client is there) or TAKE PICTURES of their work (if the client is not there).
