Flat Rate vs Hourly Jobs

We operate on 2 hour arrival windows. That means you have 2 hours to arrive at each job. When you arrive at the job you will stay until the job is done if it’s a flat rate booking, or stay for the number of hours booked, if it’s an hourly booking.

• Flat rate bookings show the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home (so you will stay until the job is done)
• Hourly bookings are for partial cleanings and show how much time you should spend. E.g. 1 maid for 2 hours (which is the minimum for hourly bookings) or 3 hours etc. The notes on the booking will tell you what to do for the time the client has booked for. E.g. clean 3 bathrooms.
