Job Invites

Once you are onboarded, we will begin sending you job invites.

How will I receive job invites?

You will receive SMS text messages and emails with the job information, including the pay.

How do I accept a job?

You can click the link in the message to accept or reject the job.

You can also log in to your NW Maids account to see all of your job invites, and accept or reject jobs.

Will I be assigned every job I accept?

Once you accept a job, we may assign the job to you.

The more jobs you accept, the more jobs you will be assigned!

Can I accept more than one job per time slot per day?

Yes! If you receive 2 job invites for the same time and day, you can accept both, to increase your chances of being assigned one of them.

I don't like the job invite system. Can you just assign me jobs?

The job invite system helps all Pros who are interested in more jobs to get more jobs assigned to them.

I accepted a job invite, but I didn't get assigned the job. Why?

We send job invites to all available Pros. If you were not assigned the job, that means we assigned the job to another Pro.

Try to accept all job invites you are interested in, as soon as you receive them, to increase your chances of being assigned more jobs!
