Job Invites Rejected by Staff
After completing the onboarding requirements, newly hired cleaners will be invited to upcoming bookings based on their declared location preferences.
Once you receive a job invitation, you may sometimes see a status of "Rejected by Staff." This means that the same invitation was sent to other cleaners who accepted it more quickly than you. Our system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt action is important.
If a job invitation is rejected, our support team will assign you another booking that fits your location preferences. We highly recommend accepting any new job invitations as soon as possible to secure your bookings, as timely acceptance increases your chances of getting booked for desired shifts.
