How do I set up direct deposit?

Professionals using the NW Maids platform receive payments via direct deposit to a bank account. Payments cannot be received through a prepaid card or a savings account.

We use a third party company called Square that helps with direct deposits. When you first begin onboarding to become a NW Maids Pro, we create an account for you in Square Payroll, and Square sends you an email asking you to complete your account and set up direct deposit.

If you can't find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact NW Maids Support at support@nwmaids.com and we will contact Square Payroll and ask them to resend the email.

For a Bank Account you'll need:

  • routing number
  • account number
  • social security number

If you need to update your bank details, simply log into Square and update them in your Square account. Contact Square Support if you need help with this. Alternatively, contact NW Maids Support at (206) 535-1622 and we can update it in your Square account.
