Renegotiating Fees

LESSON OVERVIEW

Best Practices when Renegotiating Fees

QUICK SUMMARY

1.     Sometimes the job description will not match up to the actual job. (For example, a job needs to be a deep cleaning but it is booked a regular cleaning)

2.     If you need to renegotiate the fee, contact the NW Maids Support team BEFORE you start cleaning to avoid upset customers.

3.     If clients are not home, you do not have their permission to exceed their pre-approved budget, unless they approve it. In other words, you will not be paid more for a cleaning after you have finished it. The fee must be renegotiated BEFORE you start cleaning.

5.     Tell the client that you need to call the agency, and we'll contact the client to assist you in that process.

6.     It is your responsibility to notify the agency whenever the service total has been renegotiated.

YOUR ACTION STEP:

If the cleaning fee has to be renegotiated because the cleaning was booked incorrectly, inform the NW Maids Support Team before you start cleaning so that we can contact the client.
