Hourly Jobs

LESSON OVERVIEW

This lesson will give you an overview of the hourly jobs and insights about maintaining a good customer experience in booking an hourly job.

QUICK SUMMARY

1.     In an hourly job, clients can come up with a priority list of the things they wanted to get done within the budgeted time. This will help the service provider to focus on the areas that matter most to the client.

2.     In the event that the service provider is unable to finish what's on the list within the time purchased, he or she can request for additional time to be added.

3.     To maintain a good customer experience we recommend that you set the client's expectation on how long the job will take.

4.     We recommend that you track your own time (by checking into a job using the NW Maids Pro App) in the event that a client complains about the number of hours you stayed. You will have a record to reference your time spent at the client's house.

5.     If you want to use the Check In & Check Out feature to track your own times as an independent service provider to assist you in estimating your durations.
