Pro Portal Terminology

LESSON OVERVIEW:

Some of the terminology in the pro portal can be confusing so we wanted to clarify some terms used.

PRO PORTAL TERMINOLOGY

1.     Pending: Means the cleaning has not been completed yet.

2.     Rejected By Staff: Means the booking has been assigned to another provider already and is just preventing a continuous flood of inbound responses.

3.     Assigned: This is a job invite you accepted and assigned to you.

4.     Not Assigned: This is a job invite still up for grabs.

5.     Request for Time Off:  Letting us know you want us to reschedule a client and that your unavailable for xyz days. This is called a request in the app but that's just software, you are an independent service provider, this is you telling us your taking this day off and we will take the appropriate actions. * You did agree within the contract you would give reasonable notice, please try to provide 48 hours or more if possible.

6.     Availability: Days you are available to receive job invites & can complete a job in that time slot as well.
