Types of Jobs: Flat Rate
Flat Rate (Beds & Baths)
LESSON OVERVIEW:
In this lesson, you will get an overview of Flat Rate Jobs. You will learn how we estimate a job.
QUICK SUMMARY
1. Our system uses average industry cleaning times and conditions to calculate the pricing.
2. When it is estimating a job, it takes estimates on the higher side of the spectrum.
3. This pricing is what we call flat rate pricing and uses bedrooms & bathrooms to get the base price.
4. After the client chooses the number of bedrooms and bathrooms they want to have cleaned, they will get a chance to add on any additional extras to get a deeper level of cleaning.
5. If it's not listed as an extra, you don't have to clean it. (For example, if the extra "Inside Oven" is NOT selected, then you just have to clean the outside of the oven, not the inside)
6. Upon arrival you may want to verify the work order in the walk through, so if there is an error in the booking they can have that opportunity to add it on once they approve the price change.
7. Any special but reasonable requests that are not listed as an extra we tell clients that we will put this in the booking notes for their cleaner to discuss with them upon arrival.
