In this lesson, you will learn about how clients are charged.
CHARGING THE CLIENTS
1. Before clients can book a cleaning we require a payment method on file & validated in order to book any service.
2. 24 hrs before the booking date, the funds are placed on hold and secured until the booking is completed.
3. Whenever items are added, hours change or prices have been renegotiated, these changes will be manually adjusted and charged by us.
4. Cards are charged the day of the cleaning, so ensure any price changes are approved by the client and updated to the agency on the same day of service.
IMPORTANT!
● We are not an employer and our agency only collects payments from clients.
● We pay our Pros a percentage of the payment collected from the client.
● If a client disputes a charge, we would have to take back the percentage because we are not the employer and can only pay off the percentage the client paid.
