I haven't received my batch payment
Have you completed claimed jobs and been active on the platform for a couple of weeks without receiving any payments? There are a few potential causes, including fees or your failure to arrive at a job.
If you're successfully completing jobs, you should check on your payment details. Information about payments can be found in the Payments section in the NW Maids Web Portal.

Batch payments include jobs completed Sunday to Saturday. They're issued weekly after a week is completed and will usually reach your bank by the following Monday. Some banks take an additional 3-5 days to process the payment.
