Welcome to the NW Maids Pro team!
You must complete all the steps below in order to start accepting jobs on the NW Maids platform.

STEP 1: Sign the Service Pro Agreement

STEP 2: Login To Your NW Maids Pro Account
Check your email - you should have a Welcome email from NW Maids!

STEP 3: Add Your Availability

The 5 Golden Guidelines
In order to be successful with NW Maids, our top Pros recommend you do the following:
- Show up on time to each appointment, with all cleaning supplies, ready to work
- If you are running late outside of your arrival window, let NW Maids Support know
- Keep your availability up to date in your account
- If you can not make it to a cleaning, let NW Maids Support know as soon as possible
- No-shows are the worst possible experience a customer can have. If you are assigned a booking and you do not show up, you will be subject to Fees and possible deactivation.

Rating System
We have a rating system that asks the customer to rate each cleaning after it is completed. Your score will depend on customer ratings.
If you get too many bad ratings, you will begin receiving less job invitations, and if it keeps going down, you may run the risk of being deactivated.

Payment Schedule

Make more per hour
- If the home is booked as a regular cleaning, but you feel it should be booked as a deep cleaning, please let support know BEFORE you begin cleaning. We will contact the customer and ask if they want to 1) add the deep cleaning extra, or 2) which areas they would like to prioritize.
- Many of our best Pros clean fast! Some can clean a 2 bed 1 bath in 1.5 hours. If the pay is $60, that’s $40/hour! Our best pros recommend using speed cleaning techniques, which you can find on Youtube.
I’M BEING SOLICITED FOR MY SERVICES OUTSIDE OF NW MAIDS:
You signed a legally binding contract prohibiting you from accepting solicitations from our customers. Direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices, unless they comply with law, are illegal. NW Maids is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. Please let us know which customers solicited you for services, as we are obligated to file a report.
